Orphans Court

  • As a trained professional, I am accustomed to researching and interpreting documents.
  • Essential Skills: I am patient not partisan; I am a good listener; I am willing to listen to all sides, to study the evidence, and to collaborate to reach decisions according to established Maryland laws
  • I am confident in my ability to carry out the responsibilities as a Judge of the Orphans Court to oversee wills, estates, and guardianships 
  • This office is: a way to help people deal with the loss of a loved one, and to facilitate the equitable distribution of property and inheritance to the rightful heirs in order to fulfill a decedent's wishes
